Can I transfer my PS4 Save file over to PC?

Hey Minecraft Dungeons Community, two years ago I bought the ultimate edition of Minecraft Dungeons on PS4, and got past level 100 in it with a friend. I stopped playing around a year and a half ago, and that was the only game I actively played on PS4, now I am playing games entirely from Steam. My question is this; Can I transfer that data (including achievements, level progression, difficulty, characters, trades, emeralds, etc.) over to Steam, if I purchase the game and all DLC on Steam?

I would like to pick this game up again, and play it with my friend for old times, but I wanna make sure that if both of us were to get it, we'd actually have our data.

As someone who just did what you are asking about, I can confirm the following does transfer:
Level Progression, Difficulty, Characters, Trades, Adventure Pass Rank, and Currencies(emeralds, gold).
Your achievements still stay to your character and microsoft account, however it seems you need to start a new character for a majority of achievements to pop on steam (I completed 57% of achievements on my microsoft account but only 7 of them popped on steam).
if you purchase the game and all of the DLC you should be set. If it is not a problem you could purchase the Adventure Passes on steam or you could just keep ranking them up and go to another console that owns the passes and redeem them there.
