I lost my character

I just reinstalled the game in a new pc and i lost a character with apocalypse 25 and almost all the items and it doesnt seem like i can get it back

Do you still have your old PC? You have to manually upload the saves to the cloud ingame.

If you have the old system boot up.the game and upload your character to cloud then download it on new pc. I transfer one character between 3 different platforms this way.

I have a software that can hack the players datafiles so i could give you a perfect or better version of your gear. this includes unobtainable enchants impossible gear levels and hacked perks.
