"Connection Dropped" Error When Starting an Online Game

When I try and start an online game I get a "Connection Dropped" Error. Sometime this week Minecraft Dungeons stopped working on my Win 11 PC. Works fine on my Steam Deck, and even more weird it works if I connect to a VPN.

A few folks over on Discord are having the same issue, but on XboxOne consoles as well. I'm following this bug ticket:

Having the same issue since Tuesday (only bought the game on Saturday). Multiplayer just won't connect! I've tried all advise given on the internet. Tried Steam support but they send you to Minecraft Dungeons Support who I emailed but they said it's down to Steam and Steam aren't offering any solution.
