Gear level bug?

Been having this bug since level 100 with my friend who ive played with since our start
my items in stores keep getting set to 10, and this time it was 76, even the item my friend gave me is 76

despite our last mission giving me 128s and my Item level being 127

its been months of this ♥♥♥♥ and its getting really annoying and i cant find a source online besides "reinstall game"

Sometimes the store gives everyone in the lobby 23 PL to like 45 PL. mind you everyone in the lobby is over level 125 with a 160 power level

I am having the same issue. I basically think it's just a co-op bug
