This type of game(being a dungeon crawler) usually depends on the playstyle of the player and whether they scale fast through the game. The main default edition currently stands around 12-15 hours worth of playtime(not including the occasional grinding) to reach and beat the final boss. Each dlc includes 3 new individual levels that are typically 30-45 minutes long. The nether dlc specifically includes 6 more levels, practically adding another whole map of its own.
That being said, you'll also access more gear that comes with the dlcs, alot of which is extremely helpful and extends playstyles even further.
Rounding the total hours almost more than half.
