is it possible to link Windows to Steam?

reason I ask is, I have MC Dungeons from the Microsoft Store, and, I don't want to buy the game AGAIN just because it gives me all DLC, which I don't have, I bought the Hero Edition, which gives you 2 special skins to use, but, my question is, is it possible to link the XBox version to Steam? If so, how do I do it?

Then WHY is Mojang on Steam? Mojang works with Microsoft and Steam now... Plus, you can't play MC Dungeons on Steam without using a Microsoft account!

That doesn't mean that Microsoft would provide license keys to activate the product on Steam.
