Sorry but this looks terrible..
Do people buy this just because they are fans of minecraft? or because they have computers made back in the day of the dinosaurs?
im not just trying to be critical im actually wondering what the draw is for someone to get this when there are so many better dungeon crawlers on steam?

I tried it when it came out on game pass and game is pretty fun, not joking.

It may seems bad, but I had a lot of fun with friends.

I've played it back on Xbox Game Pass a little while after release, played it through with friends until the end, which only took a few hours. After that there was nothing to do except wait for a DLC to purchase, it got boring fast and it's just repetitive missions that get slightly harder.

In a word: Simplicity.

In more than one word:
Its simplicity is appealing and has an already-familiar and established (and equally simple) world/setting behind it to boot. Sometimes, that's all you need and/or want from a game.

Doesn't need to be super convoluted, gritty, or demanding of 100 hours of your time minimum to "get to the good stuff". MCD looks and feels like it was built for kids and casuals, and that's perfectly fine. At least it's priced as much, too; not greedy in charging $60 for the base game + Season Passes or obnoxious amounts of microtransactions.

>>Also, side note, your comment about "because they have computers made back in the day of the dinosaurs" doesn't hold much water, if it was meant to be a jab at low-spec gaming. The spec requirements of Diablo 3 and Diablo 2 Remastered are pretty much neck-and-neck with 'Dungeons'. Sooooo.....

its a specific look which is typical for a game.
Minecraft has his blocks, just as Valheim has its retro graphics aswell and borderlands its shellshaders.
People who have played it since it released grown to love it and don't play it for looks but for the fun of having adventures in the Minecraft universe. I personally love it to play with my 5yr old son.

Just because it doesnt use the best graphics its not a good game, just simpler then the other ones around.
In the future (it sadly got delayed) Hytale will come out, itll be a mix of both Minecraft and this probably, you can chedk that out. Its also "blocky" but looks and feels way better.
