lol nobody knows anything about it, its all just memes and crazy guesses. the most we know about chapter 3-4 are the small snippets Toby has shown us like Kris and Suzy talking in the diner, that funny scene of Queen drinking Battery Acid and some screenshots of some other light-world areas.

screenshots on twitter, fan made wiki pages of chapter 3 characters (mike and dess), mostly just fake(?) screenshots on twitter... dont want to describe them.. i think ive seen spoilery youtube thumbnails too. i guess its better to avoid deltarune content at all.

lmao its all clickbait and fanmade stuff so don't worry. tenna or mike don't have any sort of actual official appearance as of yet, all those "leaks" of a giant smiling tv with pink-yellow eyes are fanmade things. to my knowledge DELTARUNE has yet to have a single leak.
Dess also hasn't had a single leak or appearance. there are lots of "official chapter 6-7 OSTs" from 2 years ago when they apparently were still working on ch3-4-5 so yeah they're also obviously fake.

those were official teasers from Toby Fox himself from the spamtom sweepstakes charity event he did, the sweepstakes site is still up so if you want you can go look at it.
