if deltarune chapter 3,4,5 comes out, do I have to do chapter 1 and 2 again?

You shouldn't have to, no. When ch2 released you could carry over your data from ch1. And even if you DIDN'T play ch1, you could still play ch2 from the Chapter select screen.

I wonder how its gonna work since when 3-5 come out the entire 1-5 bundle will be payed access. So we'll see how that works out...
