Crusader Extreme HD - Missing button "Play Map" in Custom Scenarios

Hi there,

In my game is missing button "Play Map" in Custom Scenarios in Extreme HD (V1.3.1-E).

There is also missing some other options in main menu, but don't know if it's a bug or feature, and actually it is not an issue right now for me.

The issue what I would like to solve, is missing "Play Map" button .. so I can't play created scenarios by myself in Extreme version.

I would like to have "Play Map" button there, to play map, I have create ... well, why the editor is there if you can't play your maps? :-)

I know that is possible to play it in Crusader HD version, but HD only doesn't allowes you to have such a number of untins in the scenario .. and this is a reason why I bought it ...
