"A realm of infinite mana."

Magic Origins
Crystalline Abundance
Unlimited Power
Immortals
Disdain for Evil
------------------------------------
While the powers of the old ways seem to follow a pattern of diminishing over time, this realm has miraculously escaped that cycle. Many powerful and fantastic creatures roam the lands in abundance, and magic is as strong today as it was when the realm first came into being. Even better, the people who reside here need not fear the reaper's shadow constantly looming over them! The inhabitants of this realm are fiercely protective of their magical paradise, and will not stand idly by as the wicked and power hungry seek to exploit or corrupt it's blessings.
Tropical Islands:
Islands
Overgrown Realm
Peacefull Lands
Wondrous Past
No free Cities
-------------------------------------
A powerfull kingdom shall have reigned these islands in the past, but nothing but legends has survived of it. Any kind of structure and almost any hint of civilisation has long vanished. Nature has reclaimed what people might have left and is (strangely) of overflowing growth. The island you have just found is defenitly good for a relaxing week at the beach, living from tropical fruits... or you might adventure in the djungle, because maybe this island is the one containing one of the last ruins of ancient might.
"What do you eat?" - Well, it's an Overgrown realm. Meaning there's plenty of flora around to provide them with fruits and vegetables. Not to mention building materials to provide shelter from the elements and 'wildlife.'
As for protein, there's an abundance of meat to go around, if you aren't a picky eater.
In at least one of the Shin Megami games, the humans managed to survive the apocalypse by hunting demons for food.
Plenty of Flora? How do you gather fruits or even do a proper harvest if you can be attacked by demons any time? Gathering fruits in an environent that "permeats corruption" alone sounds pretty unrelyable. Even with a form of guards fighting of demons and evil fauna while you do that, if 10% of them returns "driven to madness" you won't be able to do that for long.
Any population continously living in that environment would count as demons to me, too. :D
Uhm, lets try this:

Ruined Realm

____________
Once a prosperous world, it has fallen to a cataclysm beyond mortal comprehension.
Without the warmth of its dying star, this world is frozen and only the most storic life is still able to roam its surface.
Yeah, that was pretty much the idea. I never stated the mortals were good people.
The realm does have the Might Makes Right trait, after all. ;-)
"Justice, honor and mercy are alien concepts here. Those who lack the power to ensure their own safety becomes playthings for the cruel and strong."
"Land of Giants"

Arctic Blizzards
Frostling Influence
Wonderous Past
------------------------------
Legends say that the inhabitants of this realm once waged war upon a previously existing pantheon in ancient times, resulting in the near total destruction of nine worlds in the process. The people have managed to recover in the centuries that followed, and now stand ready to defend their home from a new wave of conquerors who think to call themselves deities.
