The AI is especially prone against that combination.
Have fun with putting it together with e.g. Dwarven Hammer + Sentinel. Your hero becomes pretty much untouchable to ridiculous levels. If Godbreaker had that push back effect...

No doubts about that.
Because you can take the Quick Reflexes, Wind Barrier Ring, Obscuring Cloak, and Tier 3 Defense to make yourself virtually untouchable against ranged attacks.
I initially thought each tier of Defense was a +5 evasion, but it turns out that Tier 3 gives you +10.
So with them all together, you get +20 evasion (+5 Tier 1, +5 Tier 2, +10 Tier 3).
Unless of course Guided Projectiles ignores both of them. Which it might, but I've never really had the opportunity to test.
technically, the point of guided projectiles is to avoid obscuration, and these items literally provide obscure so...
