Oh this is my ideal day at the office.

It's sort of clear where the narrative is going, but not only does it pack a couple surprises towards the end, but just the novelty of exploring this story in a museum is really fun and unique. Hell, I had a good time just wandering the gift shop (and the house reconstruction is really creative). Everything feels really well insofar as realism goes, with the exhibits appearing just as they should in a place such as this (including the lighting outside), the gift shop having exactly what it would, the plaques, the fact the audio recordings go on longer than they should, the silly 'history comes alive' prompts...

I enjoyed it, is what I'm saying.

As for negatives, the games doesn't run particularly well, and while the audio logs feel authentic to the museum experience... that doesn't really make them fun. I'd have preferred if they were a little shorter so I could listen to them as I walked to the next one.

I do hope the alluded to follow-up is still coming, I looked up the developer online and they seem to have gone kind of quiet.

Considering this thing is free, it's definitely worth your time.
