After completing the Galley Quiz, you are tasked with going to the audio tour. but when leaving to go to the building, my game crashed.

when i answer question 3 by scanning the punched lantern (whose description matches the question exactly) I get the question wrong. That's it, can't continue on with the game. I'm pretty sure I looked at all the other descriptions of items and none say it's been found in the ruins of the servants' quarters.. what do i do?...
