Does it run on Mac OS with Parallels?
Does anyone know if this runs on Mac OS with Parallels, I searched applesilicongames.com and it isn't listed.

No idea, but have you played Trails of Cold Steel 3/4 in Parallels? It's basically the same game engine, so I would expect Reverie to work if they do.
