Custom Orders

Am I the only one who has someone place a custom order and then just... never show up for their goods? I've had this happen twice now, both with pretty expensive items. I had the shop open 3 different times throughout the day and the person just never came in and now I don't get the money for that.

Yeah same here, I've just been putting them on the stands for sale or selling them outside in the bin.

Are you opening your store when the character is active? Unless I'm missing something, this may have something to do with it. You can check what times of day they're active by checking their character page.

If they're only active one time a day on an order that they placed themselves, then I think it needs to be reworked that they have to come in for their order because that mega messes with my flow. I will check, but I super hope that isn't how it works; this game is so good about how chill it is with you taking your time and I super appreciate that.
EDIT: Nope, it says he's equally active at all times of day and he never came in.

Yeah, had this just happen to me. Got a Custom Order and person never showed up: Stayed open all day and NADA. So I think that something is bugged with these Custom Orders and needs to be looked at.

Weird, I have had many custom orders but never had this problem :S Might be worth it if the devs/publisher are able to check out your save.

I have plenty that DO get their orders, so I can't explain why some of us are having others go unclaimed :/

I've had this happen once so far. Seems to be a pretty rare thing, but it is a thing.

This is still happening. :/ I started playing 12/28 and it's occurred on two separate occasions.
