coffee seed sugar beet seed
every time i plant them it plants wheat instead dont no whats going on

I'm quite sure this happens if you take too long to harvest.

Nope, can confirm that it just plant wheat.
Every growth stage is the one of the Wheat, and in the end you obviously get wheat.
Probably an error while copy/pasting the seed item for sugar and coffee bean, but strange since in the demo I could plants these with no problem.

found a fix for now dont equipped them just hover over the plot and it will say plant seed then choose the seed u want...the seed need to be in ur inventory

That's how I've been planting in plots the entire time, guess that explains why I've never seen this bug.
