Sewing Table and island cleans bug?

Just wanted to know if we can make the sewing table in this EA release? I am missing one item. It looks like paper with a red/orange string in the middle. Can't figure it out for the life of me. The game could improve UI by showing the name of items when we hover over it.

Also, i found an island in the second area that just needs the bulbs removed to cleanse it but I can't seem to find it. There is no tunnel or entry way into the ground anywhere. Is this a bug?

Yes you can make a sewing table, but you do need to unlock the loom to make the wool fabric that is the paper with the orange/red string on it.

Regarding the bulb island, fly around and look for a dark patch, that will indicate where about in the island it is as it has a sphere of corruption around the orb. Then its a case of finding your way there, some can be tricky. Look for caves/tunnels underneath the surface of the island etc.
