Major Co-op Issue
We encountered a major issue with the multiplayer mode. We started the adventure as a group of three on a dedicated server, and despite being in early access, the game is stunning: very few bugs and almost no optimization problems on our end. Even with just a few hours of gameplay, we’re already hooked and hope the content will expand over time. That said, we have no doubt the game has a bright future and will soar to new heights (pun intended).

However, one problem might push me to quit the adventure altogether: the floating island we spent several hours building together is tied to a single player (my character) rather than the group. As a result, when I disconnect, even on a dedicated server, my friends lose access to our base, which immediately dampened our enthusiasm.

Is there currently a solution to this issue? Or do we have to hope the developers will change this in the future?

We had less issues in the Demo. Dedictaed servers are broken, friends codes don't work, GPortal and Nitrado have issues even starting the server, even when it's 'running' the game deems it as offline.

So no, you currently cannot have one island be shared among many characters, although I think that's a great idea and should be implemented. Maybe when in a server with other players, there could be a button to share your home to be a "group home" (also lol sounds like an old folks home). That way when anyone changes the island on any of their characters, it could update for the others. (Although this might require some fancy coding/be impossible when multiple people are online but in separate worlds.)

I'm really not seeing the problem here... Build your own island...
I play both in single player and multiplayer. What we're currently doing is flying an unclaimed island around in multiplayer that we're all using as our community base. I'd like a better solution, like someone had mentioned a clan system, where you can can claim for the clan and everyone who is in the clan can find it, use it, teleport to it, etc. It could despawn when the last person in the clan online leaves and respawn when a member of the clan logs in, were that a possible thing to create/do.
