It's wool cloth, made from wool ^^ You need the loom technology to transform wool into wool cloth, so make sure you unlock both nearby frescoes (the question marks on your tablemap)

So figured it out. The tutorial kinda cuts off and doesn't tell you, hey, you need to fly off the map towards the other question marks Captain Jack style.

So simply go to your map, mark the question mark in the outer most circle of the map table, and fly towards them. This will reveal a third fresco to get what you need.
