Report a translation problem
This is probably more a problem with Steam's refund policy (only 2 hours to trial) than the game itself (I admit I've not played, but I've ran into this problem before with trying out a game on steam).
Many games don't even get into the normal game loop until 3 to 5 hours into the game. What you get in the first 2 hours might just be a tutorial or some weird puzzle that unlocks the actual game. If you don't like that first 2 hours, then many people just refund. I know I've done it a few times. I suspect a few times with games I would have liked if I played them for 5 hours instead of just short of 2.
You know you can post those things you found and simply use a spoiler mark to prevent the wrong people from seeing it? This would give potential buyers of the game's current version, a bit more of a nudge to purchase it.
No it's not. Have you found the cooking plate on that one island so you can make better food? Have you found the loom? The upgrde station? The hearth? The stone building pieces? All the decorations? The bigger chests? Have you found any sheep or lamas? Pheasants? Goats? I hightly doubt that.
