Loom Components

I got the loom, but I am missing this gear looking thing. Would be greatly appreciated if someone can point me in any direction on what I need to do or so

You need to make:

3 Wood + 1 Hardstone + 1 Sharp Stone = 3 Carved Wood
1 Mykter Fiber => 1 Mykter Grease (at the Millstone)
3 Mykter Grease + 2 Carved Wood = 1 Wooden Cog
