Keeps disconnecting

Im able to connect (me from EU, friend from USA) to my friends game.. but after only a few minutes it disconnects me from the server. Worse part is that i lose progress of what i just done. My internet connection is fine and my game runs without issue. Their game / server is still running when my disconnect happens.

Anyone got this issue too and/or has some ideas for fixes?

I play with my wife and we face the same issue. sometimes it works for one of us, sometime we both get disconnected. eu, gbit lan and gbit internet, connection is stable across all other services

I am unable to play because of the constant freezing up of the game. Very frustrating. I have no idea if there is anything that I can do. I think it is the game that has the problem. I will be so glad when it is fixed. I really want to play.
