Missing habitat and vivarium builds?

Is there an knowledge unlock for the habitat and vivarium builds? In my building catalogue the builds show a plus sign but nothing other than Emerald Isles is available. Would be good to know if I need to find a stone or if these unlock some other way. Just travelling to the biomes doesn't seem to trigger an unlock. Not sure at this point if this is a bug or not.

I think for vivariums they patched it so a vivarium is biome agnostic. I assume habitats are still requiring the right island biome. From memory I think I had to find one type of habitat for a biome and it unlocked the rest... maybe.

Okay, after todays patch I was in a map area I thought was Fallen Heights biome and found a cluster of Emerald Isles islands with a frog pond knowledge stone on one of them and a lost atlas stone on another.
Then flew back to a group I had skipped and found a cluster of Fallen Heights islands with a burrowing habitat knowledge stone on one of those.
So, original question answered but in a really confusing way. Kind of afraid my map may be weirdly glitched. Wait and see what the next patch does I guess!
