Since the game was first released, only one update (ignoring minor bug-fixes) has been released. Because of this it's not possible to estimate how often updates will be released.
Because the developers are still working through features which are already planned, suggestions for new features aren't really useful. Many of the suggestions are for already-planned features, or are made irrelevant by features which are already planned, as good as, or better than, the suggestion.
So far, what I've seen, and the version available now, appeal to me and make the game worth what I paid for it. But if you're not happy playing unfinished games, perhaps you should wait until version 1.0 of the game is released.
That being said, we really do read all the feedback received on Discord, Steam, Social media, and more.
We released 5 patches since launch and have a pretty big content update coming soon, which will also come with its own share of bug fixes, quality of life improvements, and more.
