Cant craft leaf items
I'm still very early in the game but i lost the ability to craft leaf cloth. i cant really do much now

Did you try using the Workbench?

As Celestial said, cloth requires 3 crafting slots (Leaf, Leaf, Leaf). You can only craft using 2 slots on yourself, you have to use the workbench for 5 slots :)
