Is there a new game+ feature in this one?

And if so, does it come with options like god mode / infinite ammo / ...?

You can transfer all progress if you start new game (sort of new game+), after beating the game once you can use cheats from bonus menu in either chapter select or simple new game.

Since there's no skill tree a NG+ doesn't make any sense.
As the others have pointed out you keep your collectibles anyway and you unlock perks and modifications for the next playthrough.
