Yeah, a friend had a tape deck for his C64 back then. It was horrible. But to be honest, loading from diskette on the Amiga also took ages. We didn't really realize it back then, but if you use a emulator today you can see it takes quite a while. The "good old times" weren't all good, even though we often like to think so. ;)
if you still have 1TB SSD and you better save for Cyber monday Storage sales
i have my entire steam library installed.
Then I'll share that you are too old to be so rude, as you have been in this thread. No excuses.
What Naughty Dog has been able to achieve with Uncharted since the PS3 era mind, with no load times was unheard of back then.
The assets of this game are probably all unpacked to keep those load times - that one initial load screen in the beginning and the 1-3 second load times when you die. You can play this game all the way through with no load times.
The levels are more diverse and longer routed in Uncharted in comparison to Tomb Raider.
Theres no age limit for rfudenmess, not that saying that noone asked OP what he was thinking was rude to begin with, unless you berlieve truth is rude for some reason.
At high resolution textures, that's like 60-70 GB per game, which is pretty normal these days.
150 gig is nothing really nothing, some mmo take up to 120 gig. just installed a small addon of vfx for blender the other day only 227 gig lol. Also most pc games dont really have quality dialogue and audio recording. probably1/3 of the space is forthe high quality directional audio the other 1/3 is the textures better texture are higher in space and 1/3 is the rest. And please dont compare Tomb Raiders to Uncharted. I know uncharted is inspired by indiana jones and tomb raiders and even if some tomb raiders are ok games Uncharted specially the 4 th one is just on another level not even close to be in the same league.
