That has nothing to do with what I said, at all.
I didn't say anything about their obligations. I simply responded to your comment about if they are "worth supporting" by pointing out that you aren't supporting regardless. Whatever support you gave them is already done by buying the game.

Im not JUST talking about financial support you arrogant moron, I am also referring to people promoting the game, recommending it (or not) and just generally spreading awareness to others. If a company is actively NOT listening to many of its consumers, said consumers will no doubt be vocal about this...

It's not free. People paid for it. The vast majority don't care about limited time trash companies throw in your face to induce FOMO. IOI became despicable.
It's not free. It's an ad. Someone else is paying them to promote horrible music, on top of you paying them. You're also paying them by subjecting yourself to their ad.
