Since it contains all the possible answers, it is helping. Since there isn't one singular solution to the issue, there is a guide that contains all possible solutions. Try them, or keep having problems.
If the solution isn't in that guide list, feel free to contact the games support page where they will give you the same list and you can lie to them about how you didn't actually try any of the solutions.
Stop avoiding the solutions, you're not helping yourself.
