IM SO CONFUSED

Why is it showing the game is $3... Then when I open the page it shows just the episode is $3??? I want to play all the hitmans.. or at least the 3rd one.. What do I buy??????

The hitman world of assassin part 1 is now 3 USD and differs in other regions but as the name says, its part 1 only has the Hitman 1 locations, and if you want to play the hitman 3 you need to buy the hitman world of assassin version or if you want the deluxe items you can buy the deluxe edition.

What if you're trying to get Hitman 2 missions/levels

I think part of why it's so confusing it that it makes it easier to scam people.

What if you're trying to get Hitman 2 missions/levels

I think part of why it's so confusing it that it makes it easier to scam people.

There nothing to scam, you had years to port your licenses and progress, neither HITMAN 1 nor HITMAN 2 are available for sale anymore.

Now you either buy HITMAN Part 1 that comes with HITMAN 1, or buy the Standard Edition that includes HITMAN 1, 2 and 3.

Or buy the Deluxe Edition that includes HITMAN 1, 2, and 3 with extra content.

Yeah i think the entire game is the HITMAN World of Assassination one. The super cheap one is what used to be free. But I guess that was being too nice of them or something.

The Standard Edition called just World of Assassination/WoA includes Hitman 1, 2 and 3 maps, except the H2 expansion pass content(New York, Haven Island maps, some bonus missions and sports content) and the other DLCs.
The WoA Part One includes only Hitman 1 maps with the Patient Zero Campaign and some bonus missions.(in the Standard Edition, you get the same thing for H1)
The Part One can also be upgraded to the Standard Edition by buying the WoA Upgrade Pack. There is also a comparison grid on the Store Page if you scroll a little bit down.

Ofc theres something to scam lol, I already have Hitman 2 and now they force me to buy the whole trilogly instead of buying only hitman 1 and 3 and getting no discount for owning hitman 2

i understand your situation but at the same time i would not exactly call it a scam

some time has passed and they have a different business model now


as it seems to me, upgrades to the new engine are not free any more.

So for clarity. Is this the same game? I already own a delisted Hitman that is 50gb. Any difference between what I own and this 3 dollar version?

It's not the same game, no. The maps and missions from H(2016) have been ported to the H3 engine. There are differences in texture, lighting, timing. Many escalations weren't ported, lost in the initial port to H2. New items and mechanics were developed (tall grass, briefcases, how being spotted works, a change to silent assassin, and others).

Seems a little deceptive to me. $3 gets u the first game only but they have re-branded it all to "world of assassination" . You can rest assure that those that do not have an attention to detail will blindly add it to their cart with expectations only be disappointed.
