Full game content isn't available anymore, H2 used to have a coop mode for example, this was discontinued.
You can play the story from Hitman 1 through Hitman 3 if you get Hitman 3 Standard but there are some additional locations from Hitman 2 (New York and Haven Island) which are included in the Deluxe DLC.

No. You buy World of Assassination and get the maps/missions for H1 through H3. H3 technically doesn't exist as such any more.
