He wasn't the only person with a barcode, there's several other NPC's with that barcode as well. Did you remove it from them too?
The main reason to ask is there is a conversation between guards and staff talking about "looking for a man with a barcode" and it's commented that a lot of people have them, which makes it seem like that barcode should be there on Ziegler and the others.
Essentially, whenever NPCs opened a particular door type, they were able to see everywhere within the mansion, regardless of how many floors or walls were in the way. This was especially troublesome if Tyson Williams was involved, because his character animation has him looking down frequently, which meant he could spot 47 several floors down.
Note: Unfortunately, this issue will only be resolved on PC with this patch, and will be included in our next patch for all other players."
Gosh, this one was a ♥♥♥♥♥ ! I had it with Tyson spotting a KOed NPC in a closet at the bottom of the secret area, down from the house's inside balcony !
I had to bump him to avoid him looking down and loose SA !
Very annoying ... Glad they sorted it out !
I was hoping it was in this patch but I guess will just have to wait a little longer. It was announced, I believe, about a month and a half ago, so it might take sometime to patch it in, to make sure it works correctly.
