this is beyond belief.

If this is not what you are getting, then people need to start making a fuss to IO support.
The release of the HITMAN 3 Free Starter Pack is just the beginning. Over time, we’ll add more free content from the World of Assassination for a limited time. Whether it’s a full location or an Elusive Target, there’ll be new challenges waiting for you. Anything that we make available for free in the Starter Pack will also be free for HITMAN 3 owners for the same duration, which means that Hawke’s Bay is currently available for all HITMAN 3 players.
Already played HITMAN 1 and 2? Great! The HITMAN 3 Free Starter Pack is the perfect place to get started with the final game in the trilogy. Import the locations that you can already access in HITMAN 2 and carryover your progress to start playing with the new features and improvements from HITMAN 3, including updated lighting effects, animations and Agent 47’s new camera item. (The Free Starter Pack does not support VR. You must own HITMAN 3 Standard or Deluxe Edition in order to play in VR.)

so basically if you don't own any of the hitman games, you get periodic free missions. if you already own hitman 1 and 2, you get hitman 1 and 2 and all content you had for it as well as access to the ica facility.
I'm assuming that owners of hitman 1 and 2 also get the "demo" updated to an actual game with achievements? don't know yet, i'm still in position 25k. Not sure why they didn't just release the base game f2p. I'm assuming that after the 100k + people downloading the thing complain they can't actuallly play the game becasue it's not installing dlcc properly that they will fix it. who knows.

Interseting to note..
if the game sold so well on EGS..why are there over 100K people waiting in line trying to dl on day one. Like..i've been in que for about 4 hours now. I just reached #18796..
WoW launch days have been better than this. This is very shameful.

That's it, that's all you can do in the offline version. Go back to the queue, go to the store and give them money if you were impressed by the pretty menu or watch a trailer in case you are too lazy to open youtube yourself..
like was pointed out, if you don't go online, you cannot access anything but the trailer.. if all your seeing is a trailer, it's becuas you are in offline mode.
Update 2: I've gotten into the game, No you cannot play the Hitman 1 GOTY and Hitman 2 Gold Edition content in the "Free Starter Edition"/Demo. Choosing one of those maps or missions brings up a window linking to Hitman 3's Steam store page for the access passes.
