I have an electric pet and have a question: what are charges?
Huge noob here, I just started playing. I have no idea what charges are. The game, as far as I can tell, doesn't explain it at all. I was wondering if it was worth using these cards in battle, and leveling them up.

Greatly appreciate any help.
