JelBell Holo Hunting Ability

Does anyone know the boost you get from the JelBell in making Holo's appear? I have been rather unlucky and have not seen a solo in the last 1500 spirits fought, and am at 300 now with a Jelbell in the group. I figure it would double it to .4%

Thanks for those. I shall check them out. Just hunted another 100 spirits with my Jelbell and still no holo...
