Where to find water?

I need water to make potion. Where/how to get one?

You can buy water from the Tavern, Quill and Ossono both sell it for 30g. It feels like you should be able to craft one yourself but I can't find a way to do that so yeah buy it.

OMG I really overthink this. I thought I had to go do quest or get tools for it.

You can also take an empty glass bottle and hold it next to water and there will be an option to 'fill bottle'

But it 2 times more expensive than sell glass and buy it the Tavern.
