How do you guys get eggs fast and easy?

There's a skill in the combat tree that makes defeated monsters more likely to drop eggs, and there's a skill in the taming tree that makes monsters in the barn more likely to produce an egg.

But since the chances are pretty low in any case, and there's no way to influence which monster will hatch from the egg, it's mostly just a numbers game. Expand your barn, tame every earth or fire monster you encounter, and hope for eggs.

Gather like 10-20 spirits of the type you want after you get the skill to let them have a chance to lay eggs in your barn. Collect eggs until you have 20. Fill the other half of your barn with eggs. Repeat. If you've expanded your barn then multiply that by 2 or 3 depending on how many expansions.

ah icic, how do i get experience points to spec into it?

iirc just finish a lot of battles and go to sleep / check the mirror
