Help with Maustrap Alchemii quest

I'm currently stuck on a quest you get in Summer, I need to create a concoction with -1 Vitality, +20 Tame, and any amount of Stamina but I'm not sure which crops to use, if anyone figured out which ones and could tell me I'd appreciate it! Thank you

Hey there, I just figured this one out today! I don't know if there are other combos that would work but I got -1 Vitality and +20 Tame with an Umbrellashroom and a Pinwheel Flower (was also +40 Stamina). Hope this helps!

I confirm that. Look around a few poison islands and you should spot some of them along with some Erdenleaf.
And don't forget to grab some seeds for Gaiana and Ofelia's seed quest
