If it is educational why not label the stuff we are looking at? Or include some kind of index? If it is a game about showing the growth of cancer, why not show that? As it is the game runs at like 4fps on a nvidia 1050 and 32gb ram. It looks facinating, but everytime I hit esc the game exits, and there don't seem to be any options.
