Yeah same, I have stutter on 10. It's not awful or unplayable but it's there. Mostly the traversal stutter. And then some other stutter that happens if the camera is panned really fast in certain areas.
I can tell though people who have serious stutters and are on 11 should try Windows 10 because for me it definitely runs better on 10. I am just absolutely sure and I am actually one of the few that prefers 11 over 10 but if I have to be paranoid all the time that my gaming perfomance would be better on 10, it makes no sense to me to stay on 11.
maybe try frame limiting with special k at 60fps, it has helped in other games to get better frame pacing, so worth a shot imo. also use dlss obviously
