Tourist suit

The tourist suit should increase inventory capacity right? It says in the description it has added pockets and such but it only gives a little stamina boost. Is this intentional or bugged?

Found it in journalist stash in Garbage. Might be a pre order bonus or something though. "I can mark it on your PDA" if you want

I only have deluxe edition. Might be an ultimate edition. I only just got to point in main story where they unlock the DLC stashes. Just nabbed the Mercenary suit. I'll keep a look out for the Tourist suit.

I think I just found out a trick. If you kill somebody and another npc loots the body they take also the armor and helmet the person was wearing and so if you kill them and loot, you can take that armor and it will be in perfect condition. I haven't comfirmed this but I think thats why some npcs have armor in their inventory.

(What just happened) Killing bandits in cordon silently. They don't notice me while I'm picking them off, one by one. I couldn't find the last one and some time passed then I heard him say "I'll inherit your stuff". I eventually found him and killed him and he had an armor and helmet in his inventory in perfect condition. And the first bandit I killed had an empty inventory and his armor resembled the one I just looted of the other.

This could mean that in lower levels if you find a group of stalkers and one of them is wearing lets say exo skeleton armor. Maybe you could kill him and wait until the others stop the aggro and loot him. And you can achieve an exo armor in perfect condition.

I don't know but this has happened to me a few times but this was the first time I noticed they looted other bodies. Might have to experiment with this.

I got it on standard version in garbage as well. Much better than the early game armors but stupid expensive to repair.

I also found the tourist suit now. It sure seems like I can carry more before I hit weight limits, even though the overall weight limit hasn't changed on my person when you look at inventory. Perhaps the Tourist Suit reduces item weight instead of what you would expect it to do - increase total carrying weight.

check your bases stashes, (orange ones) should be a message from journalist on a flash drive. he gives you coordinates for a tourist suit in garbage, and a surprise firearm in the swamp. enjoy

Too continue with what I said earlier with the bandits looting their friend and taking his armor. I stumbled upon some mercenaries in exo suits and I thought I would try this method of killing one and wait. I sniped one and waited afar for a while to be sure they would loot him. I then killed them all and voila they had looted the suit and now I have it. I'm not even sure if your supposed to be able to get this.

It weights only 3 KG vs most other suits are over 8. IIRC there is something even lighter that weights 2 KG can't remember the name.
