Performance on my pc
I dont have much hope I have a Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX 2080 TI and 32gb ram on a 1440p monitor, will the game even run at all?

you can always run at 1080, any lower resolution always help out allot. So you might wanna try that first, but well lets just be patient. I know, we all are eager to play haha! Just a couple of days and we will find out. Somehow I think it will be quite good.:steamhappy:

Don't expect anything above 70 fps with that CPU. Many of these UE5 games are heavy on CPU, I mean they're heavy on GPU too but at least with GPU bottleneck there are multitude of ways to squeeze frames. Not so much when you're CPU bottlenecked.
I just hope that for everyone the game runs stable. I changed my mentality from getting super high fps as "good" to better having stable smooth fps in a decent range of it, for example, one I tried Alan Wake 2 in max settings and ray tracing at 60 or something fps but not as stable as a Red Death Redemption 2 maxed out with super smooth 90fps....So as long as you get very stable fps let's hope you can push further from those 30fps

Your CPU is older but still decent enough to run today's games your be fine running this game.

It's going to be playable, just not maxed out at a high resolution. If you shoot for 1080p with med/high settings and DLSS/FSR you'll probably have an enjoyable enough 60fps experience. You can always refund it if it runs too poorly.

I have a similar machine with a Ryzen 3800x, 3080, 16 GB RAM and I usually play at 1440p. I know my CPU is the biggest thing holding my system back because the only UE5 game I have been able to play at 60+ (no upscaling) at 1440p is Lords of the fallen.

Let me preface that you will 100% be able to "run" the game but the real question is how well and what compromises will you have to make to get it to run to your liking.

I'm a little worried given this is the first fully open world UE5 game I will be playing, so unless these devs did some "magic" with this engine, I have a bad feeling this will be one of those games where people with older CPUs will really feel the pain.

I maybe 100% wrong and I hope I am ;)

I'm getting the 4k@60 is impossible with current HW? :D

But seriously.. are there info about settings, screen or anything? To not get stuck with some worthless sithifier that only consumes power to provide worsen image?

GPU is fine but that CPU is gonna struggle. This game is big and open with lots of objects to load on screen at once. Dont get your hopes up. Try turning down foliage and object amounts if possible in the options. Also, you need an SSD or its gonna have constant stuttering and hitches as well as long load times.
