I also have Dnipro chambed in 7.62x39mm but I'm using it rarely as the ammo is hard to get and I did not find any trader that sells it.
In reality you wont use the Nade launcher much because you ether forget or the target is way to close. The Shotgun attachment is really nice but a Saiga is just better.
I also disregarded grenade launchers in early and mid game as weight limit was way too punishing there. Those attachments and their ammo is very heavy and was eating up my already small allowance for loot. I can always use normal grenades if I need to get someone from behind cover or open up a fight with a group of tightly packed enemies.
Under-barrel shotgun is a poor choice in pretty much any situation other than when using M701. You are better off to swap to dedicated shotgun in your other primary slot. You should have shotgun on you at all times as it is the best weapon to deal with mutants. Saiga is king here due to its magazine feed.
Double Mag makes the extended mag redundant simply because of how fast it reloads with it.
I will say the 7,62 upgrade for the Dnipro makes it a bit tough for recoil control and its fire rate doesn't diminish at least as far as i could tell so you'll chew through that rare ammo very fast.
Go Kharod if you like your gun to be slightly more controllable and more versatile thanks to the underbarrel attachments (personally, I do like using the grenade launcher). The Kharod also has slightly more range, but due to how close enemies spawn in this game, I think that point is negligible.
Go Dnipro if you like to do a little bit more damage per shot at the cost of a little bit of controllability, and if you enjoy the quick reload speeds of paired mags, but you don't want to use underbarrel attachments.
The Kharod can be made to use the more plentiful 5.45 rounds and I, personally, don't find the increased spread pattern that comes with it too annoying. Meanwhile, the 7.62 upgrade for the Dnipro makes the gun use pretty rare ammunition AND the blueprint for that is only available late-game, so keep that in mind if you're comparing the sauced-up damage of a fully upgraded Dnipro to the Kharod.
I've also had the impression that the Kharod falls into disrepair more quickly. This effect diminishes when you have it converted to 5.45, but I think it's still slightly more prone to losing integrity.
But I have to agree with the Saiga fans: Since fights in this game are typically at very close ranges due to how enemies spawn, the Saiga really is a contender to the throne here, if you can make your shots count (smaller magazine).
In the end, I suggest you try out these guns and see how they feel to use, check whether you really use underbarrel attachments etc.
