after finished quest both quest from sultan and breard quest not trigger with sonya. doest anyone know the console comand to start he quest?

The quest is available before you head to the swamps / after meeting the Hunter & doing his cave-thingy.

I just finished this quest (the one where you do a mission for Sonya), so yes, it should be unless you have some other kind of bug.
