Nope, thats a pretty bad visual setting and an issue in games since the days of Half Life 2 and post processing effects
My explanation was more lore friendly
Why even having such a plain dumb effect and not letting us turn it off.
Also forced vignette too...devs must be new to gaming ngl
Should not be seeing it though since it is only visible on video footage captured by cameras that use film rolls which can be damaged by the radiation causing the white pixel.
Also looks goofy af & mostly reminded me of a broken rain effect..
Stalker 1 had better reflections btw
