RMG question

I've already asked on the ROTE's forum, but cannot really get a precise answer about it.
Does this have a random map generator like Age of Wonders or it has just a scenario editor?

Or some poland community ( disciples2.pl/ ) or modders from PL - maybe try contact them exactly on Ytube.
Also is better place than Steam Discussions, IMO, - GOG forums.
And better buy it from GOG, cause current Steam version have critical DRM bug: not allowed user content.

It not so enjoyable as in Heroes 3, sry cant say more.

Hey dude.
I can read cyrillic and can understand some Russian, so I've already consulted some of those forums (not the Polish ones though) with the help of the amazing Google translator, but without any success! I'm pretty sure some random guy will come here with the answer. Meanwhile I will play something else.

@Qweedy, you were right: neutral cities are empty by default, so you have to edit them.
