learn how an airplane operates before making a game that focuses primarily on operating an airplane

the game tries, it just fall flat, maybe if it gets some work, it has potential.

the flying mechanics is fine, and the customisation of your planes do give a bit, just not much
I just wish it would pick a lane
the mechanics in flying, is trying to be involved, you get keys for each flap, and handling seems to go for realism, but most of the rest of the game do not, giving an odd mismatch,

the brewing part seems fine, just fine, follow the recipes or get ♥♥♥♥♥♥

the collections of ingredients is less fun, the shooting and flying though works fine, the salvaging/fishing less so and the bombing is just not fun, all in all it just gets very tedious

the combat, is fine, just tedious, you pretty fast just chose to just leave the occupied islands alone, unless you have to go there, less hassle

minigames some of them are ok, non of them are really good.

I read something about the voices in the other reviews, I think they have gotten someone to redo the voices, they do not sound bad or awful, just very flat.

and there is still bugs.
I tried a few time where the screen would spin, and since the plane follow the mouse the plane would spin and crash,
the copilot will yell out a few things among others fuel level and fatigue level, 99% of the time they are right
some objects you can fly though others not and only real way to find out is to try
at least you are back in the seat of the plan within seconds
there is a menu you are suppose to get when you are parked, and visiting sites, most of the time it will pop up, even when you do not want it to.

Picked it up and did the grind for 12hr straight. If you liked the flash games back in the day that had customization options and fun gameplay this carries the same vibe in a modern format. I don't know what the big deal about the AI voice acting is. If you played 'insert Todd Howard game here' it's basically the same thing. (yes, yes I know everyone loves 3 Dog) I'll even leave a spicy opinion that the voice acting in this game is better than bad "human" voice acting. If you want a chill adventure game with fun mechanics and an amusing gameplay loop, give it a try. I'm having fun with it.

An extremely visually charming game to look at, can be surprisingly chill just making deliveries and taking in the scenery. Music could use a bit more variety but otherwise has a whimsy very fitting of the setting. Can be a little repetitive starting out as you're still growing your resources and brews, but once you get past that small early game hump, the rest flows naturally it felt like. I really enjoyed doing missions for the pilot/co-pilot pairings, made doing them worth it for the traits they gained.

My biggest complaint will be the use of AI generative voices. The developers (an extremely small team, at that) made their intentions in using it clear during the Kickstarter, but still. Rubs me the wrong way, and I can pick out weird line readings by the AI fairly often. Just use actual voice actors next time.
