Reset Button for Yeast please.

Unlike the hopper reset, yeast does not have a reset button, forcing the player quit to the main menu and reload. When trying to get as close as possible to the customer requirements, I often times exceed the desired yeast percentage. A yeast reset would be very welcome, please consider it.

Are there customer orders with very narrow requirements? As far as I know the range is reasonably wide and can change with every order so hitting the minimum or maximum amount may just mean you cannot use the same brew for the next order with the same primary ingredient.

Often brews, particularly distilled, can end up being 0.1% above the maximum. Unless I'm mistaken, brews with higher % sell better at your bar, so getting close to or hitting that max alcohol % is better for maximizing your cash... or, maybe you just want some hard beers. Even a minor flick of yeast can end up raising distilled % by tiny bit more than the margin....

It's not really a big deal unless you want to min-max, I only had the problem 2 or 3 times in my entire run and they were all my fault for not paying close attention, but there really should be a discard button in the yeast section so we don't have to go through the effort of yeasting and bottling a brew we accidentally messed up. I've actually had brews where I was 2% off on the ingredients and had to gather the (extremely rare) materials all over again just to very nearly make the same mistake twice like an idiot. A discard button on yeast would solve that much more common issue too.

Got to admit, I tried to get an order as close as I could to the "Max alcohol" and only got 0.20 over. But I knew that would brake the contract. So I had to go harvest a lot of ingredients again.

Yes it is frustrating to make a mistake with the yeast and make something that won't match your contract, and this is particularly easy if you forget to pin the contract before you start.
I guess the reason for not having a reset is that you have already mixed up all the ingredients so there wouldn't really be a way to recover it, unless you have levelled up Dijana and you can use her ability.

I don't think we will change this for now but we are going to make some fairly big revisions to brewing in the future since it doesn't really work quite how we hoped, and we'll also consider this issue as part of that revision.

I see your reasoning for not having a reset for yeast. It would make Dijana's special ability nest to useless :)

Honestly, you could just add a discard button (same as you get later & works with Dijana's ability) to yeast and it would somewhat solve the problem. If you do, please make it so you don't automatically grind down all ingredients when 100% is reached and have to press a button instead. It would prevent forced wasteage of ingredients, too.
