Odd.
I disabled motion blur but no change. I played around with resolutions and graphic details and it made no difference. I think half the problem is mouse smoothing and the other half I can't figure out.
PS I play this on a superultrawide 32:9 @ 5120 x 1440 and the menus and UI don't scale properly. Stuff that should be at the bottom of the screen is not visible
I can only recommend that you run the game throught Special K by Kaldaien. Without it, I run the game at 60 fps (locked - 4k resolution) but the 1% fps marker was around 30-40 fps (which causes that choppy feeling). With Special K, everything runs nice and smooth at 60 fps, even the 1% fps, so no stuttering at all.

You just need the basic install + the CPU Core Spoofing thing (because it helps in Unity games)
And of course don't download the specially prepared version he's talking about ('cause it's for Pillars of Eternity), just the basic software from his website.
